Yay we're going to Samoa vs Fiji. When we left it took about 40 min to get there. When we got to the stadium it was so high. It looked like half of the Sky Tower. We started to go up the stairs it was was so high, I was holding the rail going step by step finally we got to the top. We were so high we could see the whole game. There was still half an hour until the game started so I had to resort to counting the number of people in the stadium 1 2 3...2408 2409... Yay! The game is starting. Samoa won the coin toss and decided to kick off. 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Samoa kicked it with a huge boot. In the end Samoa won 27-7 when we left there was so much people traffic it took ten minutes to get out of the stadium alone, and it took an hour to drive home so I had to resort to counting cars on the way home.

Cricket for PE
On Monday 26th September 2011 we had cricket for P.E. and do you want to know how it was? It was magnificent!
So I went out to P.E. but I had no idea what we were doing. After I was waiting in line I soon knew what we were doing. Now I'm in front with the cricket bat, 3 tennis balls, focused.
PATONK! PATONK! PATONK!!!!!!! Went the ball and the cricket bat clashing against each tennis ball. Whirl, Whirl, Whirl, as the ball was flying away but I heard "HURRY UP CHRIS RUN!!!!" I thought to myself "What the...RUN... is there like a monster behind me or monster something? I had to run back and fourth and tap our bat on or over the line "Whoa, That's why I had to run, it was a tremendous session of cricket.

RWC- France vs All Blacks
Dunff, as Dan Carter starts the game with a kick that flew like an eagle. Now France has the ball and its in the hands of their star player Imanol Harinordoquy and he side steps the forwards he's in panic he doesn't know what he should do there's no one for him to pass to he's on his own.
Offh, one of the All Blacks hits him hard and brings him to the ground . . . . . he doesn't know what hit him he got up and realized - All Blacks got a try but missed the conversion so the score was 5-0.
At half time the score was 29-3 to the All Black. I feel sorry for French supporters because France had no chance against the All Blacks.
The bell rang for the game to end and the final score was 49-10 and I'm so happy they didn't win because they have kick us out of the competition before.

Gumboots and Umbrellas Walk
I simply walked out of my driveway to see a swarm of happy walkers racing towards me.
I ran to the crossing praying not to get caught by them. I frantically pushed the button hoping that it would let me get across before I got caught. The green man flashed.
Yes, I had escaped.
Gumboots and Umbrellas day had arrived. Each and every class had been assigned a country to represent. Room 13 had been chosen to have Canada and Japan.
Trust me, Mr Gordon went over the moon when heard that he could wear Canada's colours!
When I went for a walk around the school, I saw so many people wearing their country colours and waving their flags.
Someone had even come up with a special dance to go with with their outfit.
In the end I think that Gumboots and Umbrellas day was a big success and it encouraged people to walk to school.

There I was standing there with a bunch of other people from school.They were wearing beautiful bright colours,wait there's more ,they had gumboots and had a umbrella.
Then I thought quietly to myself OH MY GOSH I forgot to bring my umbrella and gumboots.
When we all gathered to start walking I saw a lot of people in different colours representing countries.
I saw Tonga,USA, South Africa,Australia,New Zealand,England and other more.
When we started started walking I saw people wearing black gumboots that said All Blacks it was awesome.
When we were walking the line got bigger and bigger with people wearing colourful gumboots and beautiful umbrellas.

Red and White
Which country would you support?
Would you support a country you are from or would you support a country you like?
Well on Thursday the 22nd of September our class walked to school in red and white for Japan's rugby team the competitive Cherry Blossoms and Canada! In the morning we had fun waving little flags around and wearing Mr Gordon's Canadian hats while taking funky photos! Other classes dressed in different colours to represent the other countries. Room 8 wore French colours which are blue, white and red. After that it was back to serious school work and then it was the end of another fun and exciting day of supporting the Rugby World Cup!

Rugby World Cup - Puppets
Ooh, its all sticky! Caleb,George and I were sticking little bits of ripped up pieces of paper and sticking it on our puppets polystyrene heads with pva glue and it was all sticky. It took while before I finished it but I finished 1st or 2nd I can't exactly remember.
The next time my class had Mrs Smith (our art teacher). We painted the faces of our puppets. We had paint our puppets faces the flag of the team we were supporting for the RWC. We had to wait for our faces to dry before we got to put our hair on it. We had to go through another sticky situation when I put my hair on my puppet and it took a while again but i managed it. I made my hair like Ma'Nonu because it is interesting and he is one of my favourite players.
The next time my class had art we had to cut out material the shape of a T-shirt for our puppets. Mrs Smith's sister Mrs Barlow came into sew our T-shirts for our puppets so they were made quickly. We got to choose what colour we wanted our T-shirts to be as well. That's all we had to do so now my class and I are all close to being finished and we had lots of fun doing it!
